Dhanishta is the 23rd Nakshatra/Star of Zodiac ruled by planet Mars, often known as “The Star of Symphony” – “The Most Famous” – “The Most Heard-of” – “The Wealthiest”. Dhanishta has two meanings – one is Dhana (riches) and the other is Dhvani (sound). Dhan means “wealth”(not necessarily monetary, it can be high values/ virtues, inclination towards higher realm). A lot of top people in entertainment industry have a strong Dhanishta influence in their chart. It’s main symbol is musical instrument which is generally made of wood and hollow from inside like Flute, Mridang, Tabla or Damru. The concept is same in all symbols indicating rhythm generation.
